- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, and butter, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and spread with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.
