Ingredients
  

Crêpes
  • 150 g Mehl Use all-purpose flour for best results.
  • 2 Eier Use large eggs, at room temperature.
  • 300 ml Milch Whole milk is preferred for a richer taste.
  • 1 EL geschmolzene Butter Melt the butter before mixing.
  • 1 EL Zucker Granulated sugar works well.
  • 1 Prise Salz A pinch of salt enhances the flavor.
  • Butter zum Backen Use as needed to prevent sticking.
Orangensauce
  • 60 g Butter Unsalted butter gives you control over the flavor.
  • 60 g Zucker Adjust to taste if preferred less sweet.
  • Abrieb und Saft von 2 Orangen Use fresh oranges for the best flavor.
  • Saft von 1 Zitrone Freshly squeezed lemon juice is recommended.
  • 60 ml Orangenlikör (z.B. Cointreau) oder Orangensaft Use orange juice for a non-alcoholic version.

Method
 

  1. Alle Crêpes-Zutaten glatt mixen. 15 Min. ruhen lassen.
  2. Dünne Crêpes in einer leicht gebutterten Pfanne backen.
  3. Für die Sauce: Butter schmelzen, Zucker dazugeben bis er leicht karamellisiert.
  4. Orangenabrieb, -saft und Zitronensaft einrühren, 2 Min. köcheln.
  5. Likör dazugeben und kurz aufkochen lassen.
  6. Crêpes in der Sauce wenden und gefaltet servieren.
