  • 200 g Weizenmehl Type 405
  • 2 tsp Backpulver
  • 0.5 tsp Natron
  • 1 tsp Zucker
  • 0.5 tsp Salz
  • 2 Eier
  • 240 ml Buttermilch
  • 2 tbsp geschmolzene Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilleextrakt
  • to taste Butter zum Backen Use for greasing the pan.

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease with butter. Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
