  • 100g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh herbs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pizza dough: Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). While the oven heats, start preparing the pizza dough.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the olive oil and minced garlic, mixing until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. Add water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. This step is crucial to allow the dough to fully absorb the flour and become more elastic.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare the sauce and toppings: Squeeze the tomato sauce, tomato paste, and vegetarian bacon into a large bowl.
  7. Add the sliced button mushrooms and the sliced turkey breast.
  8. Assemble and bake: Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pour the sauce over the dough.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • Use high-quality pizza dough, such as “00” flour or artisanal dough.
  • Feel free to substitute the turkey breast with chicken or beef, depending on preference.
