- 200g cooked brown rice

- 100g tomato pulp
- 50g olive oil
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Combine Leftovers: In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cooked brown rice, grated cheese, and tomato pulp. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Add Wet Ingredients and Seasoning: Add the olive oil, eggs, sugar, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour into Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the inside is cooked through.
- Cool: Once cooked, let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use good quality and fresh cooked turkey for the best flavor.
- For an extra touch of flavor, add a tablespoon of honey or apple cider vinegar to the mixture before baking.
- Ensure you use a suitable baking dish to prevent the bread from sticking.
- For a saltier version, add a little more salt or pepper to the mixture.
