Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, smooth peanut butter, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the orange juice and mix well.
- Stir in the grated dark chocolate and chopped almonds until evenly distributed.
- Assemble the Rolls: Spread peanut butter on slices of bread.
- Roll up each slice of bread.
- Dip the rolled bread in a mixture of milk and eggs.
- Cook the Rolls: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the French toast rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve: Once cooked, let them cool slightly before serving.
