- 4 slices whole wheat bread

Instructions
- Cook Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the chopped onions and garlic until softened. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Prepare BBQ Ranch Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together lemon juice, orange juice, avocado oil, Dijon mustard, honey, black pepper, and oregano to create the BBQ ranch sauce.
- Combine Sauce with Chicken: Add the BBQ ranch sauce to the cooked chicken and stir well to coat.
